If you have had a message that your dress has arrived in store then please use this service to book Appointment

Cancellation Policy

Please note. If you wish to cancel a seamstress appointment or rearrange we need a minimum of 12 hours. If we do not have this then there will be a £10 charge on the next appointment if you wish to rearrange it with her. Unfortunately as the seamstress is extremely busy we need to know in plenty of notice as she travels to the store just for these appointments. Important- please remember the shoes you will wear on your day for any seamstress appointments, we cannot carry out the service of the length without the shoes!
